Production Details

Fermentation starts on the skins while special enzymes are added for better colour and aroma extraction. The wine is gradually fortified with wine spirit 95% vol in order to stop fermentation and achieve therefore a final alcohol content of 15%.

Smell: Characteristic aroma of the variety
Taste: Sweet and pleasant. Well balanced

The color and the aroma of the wine are natural, and no any artificial aroma or color is added.

Wine analytical characteristics

Alcohol: 14% by volume
Sugar: 145 g/l
Acidity: 4 g/l

The alcohol content is coming partially from the natural fermentation of grapes and partially from pure alcohol, distilled from grape wine.

Packing

The wine is bottled in 0.65 L white bottles and packed in cartons of 6 bottles.
