Production Details

Fully matured grapes are used from special areas in Paphos and Limassol district. Fermentation starts on the skins while special enzymes are added for better colour and aroma extraction. The wine is gradually fortified with wine spirit 95% vol in order to extract more colour and to stop fermentation achieving therefore a final alcohol content of 15%. The wine is stabilized, filtered and stored at least for six months for better aroma development. Then is bottled.

Smell: Characteristic aroma of the variety
Taste: Sweet and pleasant. Well balanced

Acidity: 5-5.5 g/l

Packing

The wine is bottled in 0.65 L white bottles and packed in cartons of 6 bottles.
