Production Details

The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of controlled fermentation on skins technique, when special yeasts and enzymes are added. The contact time with the skins is controlled in order to achieve full colour extraction. The wine is aged in oak barrels, after that is stabilized, filtered and bottled.

This fruit-forward, minimally oaked Cabernet offers slight cherry and blueberry aromas and flavors throughout. The balance of fruit and soft oak provides a lingering finish with hints of cocoa.

Packing
