Production Details
The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of fermentation on skins technique and after bottling is aged in air-conditioned underground cellars at 15°C for a minimum of two years. At this time the wine develops the maximum aroma from the varieties and forms the ideal body.

Packing
The wine is bottled in 0,75L bordolez or bourgogne bottles and packed in cartons of 6 bottles. This wine is also bottled in 0.187 L aviation bottles and packed in cartons of 24 bottles.
How and when to serve
Serve at temperatures 12-14°C. The wine will develop significantly after being open for 1-2 hours.
Food affinities
Hermes is an excellent food wine. Most dishes go well with Hermes, however try it with Mediterranean cuisine, game, smoked meats, pasta and spice.
