Production Details
The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of controlled fermentation on skins technique, when special yeasts and enzymes are added. The contact time with the skins is controlled in order to achieve fine colour and minimum tannins. The wine is after that stabilized, filtered and bottled.
Regional wine of Paphos district, vinificated with modern technologies in order to safeguard the rich bouquet and the rich body of this indigenous variety, which competes successfully the big red wines from the international varieties. The wine is characterized by rich body and intense bouquet, including aromas of black cherry, strawberry, vanilla and plums.
