Production Details

The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of controlled fermentation on skins technique, when special yeasts and enzymes are added. The contact time with the skins is controlled in order to achieve fine colour and minimum tannins. The wine is after that stabilized, filtered and bottled in special designed bottles.

Wine characteristics

Color: Intensive violet red
Smell: Characteristic of the varieties, pleasant
Taste: Light body, well balanced

Specialist’s notes: Medium dark, grassy. hot nose. Hints of earth, good balance, strong backbone. Raspberry and rich blackberry. Lightly grainy tannins. Black pepper.

Packing

The wine is bottled in 0.75 L bortolez bottles and packed in cartons of 6 bottles.
