Orpheo Negro
red dry wine
Vintage
2003
Winemaker’s note: I love red wines, especially when they have had time to develop. Orpheo Negro is exceptional, in that it is drinkable when young and superb after a few years in the bottle
Grape varieties
Carignan Noir + Oellade + Grenache
Production Details
The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of fermentation on skins technique and after bottling is aged in airconditioned underground cellars at 15°C for a minimum of three years. Food affinities
Orpheo Negro is an excellent food wine. Most dishes go well with Orpheo Negro, however try it with roast leg of lamb, spicy dishes, all types of stakes and do not forget about dessert-raspberry chocolate torte.
