Production Details

The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of fermentation on skins technique and before packing is aged in air-conditioned underground cellars at 15°C for a minimum of two years. At this time the wine develops the maximum aroma from the varieties and forms the ideal body.

Wine characteristics

Color: Warm red with brown tint because of the ageing
Smell: Characteristic of the varieties, pleasant
Taste: Rich in body and well balanced.

Wine analytical characteristics

Alcohol: 12% by volume
Sugar: 5 g/l
Acidity: 5 g/l

Packing

The wine is packed in cartons of 12 packs, one Liter each.

Durability

The quality of the wine is stable for long time provided that the wine is properly stored. Usually however 12-18 months self life is printed on the package.
