Production Details

The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of the control fermentation technique and then kept in air-conditioned underground cellars at 15°C. In this way the wine keeps for long time its freshness and fruitty character.

Packing

The wine is bottled in 0.75 L bortolez bottles and packed in cartons of 6 bottles. This wine is also bottled in 0.187 L aviation bottles and packed in cartons of 24 bottles.

How and when to serve

Serve at temperatures 8-12°C. The wine will develop significantly after being open for 1-2 hours.

Food affinities

Amathus can be a perfect accompaniment to fine cuisine in particular tuna steaks, salmon, or other white meat dishes.
