Production Details

Palomino Blanco and Muscat of Alexandria grapes are used for the production of Anthea wine.After crushing the grapes are treated with specific enzymes for better aroma extraction and then fermented by the application of the control fermentation technique Then it is kept in air conditioned underground cellars at 15°C. In this way the wine keeps for long time its freshness and fruity character.

Wine characteristics

Color: Light yellow with green tint
Smell: Characteristic of the varieties, pleasant
Taste: Well balanced, slightly sweet

Alcohol: 10% by volume
Sugar: 10-11 g/l
Acidity: 5 g/l

Packing

The wine is bottled in 0.75 L bortolez bottles and packed in cartons of 6 bottles.
