Production Details

The wine is produced under the most ideal conditions by the application of the control fermentation technique and then kept in air-conditioned underground cellars at 15°C. In this way the wine keeps for long time its freshness and fruity character.

Packing

The wine is bottled in 0.75 L burgogne bottles and packed in cartons of 6 bottles.

How and when to serve

Serve at temperatures 8-12°C.The wine will develop significantly after being open for 1-2 hours.

Food affinities

St. Hilarion is a clean, easy drinking wine with plenty of character to enjoy as an aperitif. But also it could be paired with a simple appetizer, like cheese and bread or an elaborate meal.
